These terms govern use of the private Mullineauxs family portal at themullineauxs.co.uk. By signing in or using the portal, you agree to them.
The service
The portal provides private family tools, budgeting, debt tracking, reminders and optional connected-bank imports. It is invite-only and may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time.
Not financial advice
The portal is an information and record-keeping tool. It does not provide financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Balances, categorisation, forecasts and safe-to-spend figures may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Always check your bank and take professional advice where needed.
No payments
Connected-bank access is read-only. The portal cannot move money, set up payments or change your bank account.
Your account
- Keep your password, authenticator, email codes and recovery codes private.
- Use your own account and do not share access.
- Tell the administrator promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Provide accurate information and only connect accounts you are entitled to use.
Third-party services
Bank connectivity is provided by Monzo, and email by Resend. Their terms and privacy notices also apply. We are not responsible for outages, errors or changes made by those providers or by your bank.
Availability and backups
The service is provided on a best-effort basis and may be unavailable during maintenance, upgrades, network failures or provider outages. Encrypted backups are made regularly, but you should keep your own copies of important records.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another person's data, bypass security controls, disrupt the service, upload malicious files, scrape the portal, or use it for unlawful activity. Accounts may be suspended if misuse is suspected.
Your content
You retain ownership of the information you add. You grant the portal permission to store and process it solely to provide the service, including backups and connected-bank syncing.
Intellectual property
The portal's design, code and original content remain the property of their respective owner. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the portal is provided without warranties and the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or decisions made using the portal. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination
Access may be suspended or removed for security, misuse or operational reasons. You may ask for your account and data to be deleted by contacting the administrator.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
